• Software Licensing: Assist with the drafting and negotiation of technology-related contracts, including software licensing agreements, service level agreements, and technology development agreements.

• Cybersecurity: Assist clients in addressing cybersecurity issues, including the development of incident response plans, the execution of security audits, and the management of data breach incidents.

• E-Commerce: Advise on e-commerce and internet law matters, including online contracts, website terms of use, privacy policies, domain name disputes, and online advertising regulations.

• Advisory: Advise clients on compliance with laws and regulations governing technology use in Luxembourg, such as data protection laws, copyright and trademark laws, and industry-specific regulations (PFS).

• Litigation & Dispute resolution: Represent clients in technology-related disputes, such as software licensing conflicts, intellectual property infringement claims, and cybercrime.
